Came in to get a quote for New Tech wood siding. First salesman quoted us $7 a foot and confirmed they had enough on stock for our order. Came back a week later and called in and once again confirmed they had enough products in stock. Arrived 20 mins later only to be told that their computer database was down and told it would take 4 weeks for the product to come in stock. Was then told by a second salesman that they sold it for $10 a square foot and tried to upsell me on a product that was $25 a foot and in stock. Purchased from another supplier for $4 a foot and delivered product in 2 weeks.I then had to purchase the clamps from Crown, $333 for 250 pcs and when returning a second box (6" x 6"x 4") charged me 14% restocking fee ($47) for a tiny box! This supplier is awful.Note: You can tell that Crown not only has a subpar computer database but they lie too! Uppal Building Supplies also sells New Tech Wood products for a lot less, just remember to order the clamps too!
